IT 16 Pre-Tender Site Meeting
There will not be a scheduled site visit during the Tender period. Instead the Company will schedule a meeting (web conference) for interested bidders to discuss scope, contract and site conditions. Proponents may ask any questions they have at this time and answers will either be provided in the meeting or shortly after in a written clarification document. Addenda will be
issued if required. The pre-tender meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 9, 2024. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is recommended. To receive an invite to the pre-tender meeting, please contact the Project Manager, Andrew Pope (andrewpope@nlh.nl.ca) by 12:00 pm on May 8, 2024.


Note vendors must provide pricing for all items, including the optional items.
