Contractor Safety Management Program is required. 

Proponents may, at their own expense, perform a site visit to familiarize themselves with the site and assess site access details, spatial limitations, set-up areas for mobile crane, etc. A pre-bid site visit is not mandatory and will be on an as-requested basis. It is recommended that proponents submit their request for a site visit early in the tender period such that their site visit is performed before the Deadline for Questions (noted in the RFQ Timetable above). Site visits shall not be allowed on the date of the Submission Deadline (noted in the RFQ Timetable above).
