Description: 

Site visits are available upon request and are not mandatory. Requests must be submitted
through the Buyer, and no requests will be accepted after July 31, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The
Company reserves the right to schedule the date and time of site visits at its sole discretion, while
making reasonable efforts to accommodate Supplier preferences. The Company may host
multiple prospective proponents during the same site visit. The Company also reserves the right
to reschedule or cancel a site visit with minimal notice, but will endeavor to provide at least
twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any changes.
