Suppliers are encouraged to pre-register for a site visit at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance; however, pre-registration is not required. Attendance at a site visit is not mandatory, but is encouraged. By submitting a proposal, each Supplier will be deemed to have satisfied itself as to the site conditions, whether or not it attends a site visit. Company will make reasonable efforts to
provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of any change to or cancellation of a site visit, but reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or add site visits on short notice. Suppliers attending a site visit must arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes early to complete the required site visitor orientation and must wear a hard hat, safety boots, a high-visibility vest, and safety glasses.
