There will not be a scheduled site visit during the RFP period. Instead, the Company will schedule a meeting (web conference) for interested proponents to discuss scope, contract and site conditions. Proponents may ask any questions they have at this time and answers will either be provided in the meeting or shortly after in a written clarification document. Addenda will be issued if required. The pretender meeting is tentatively scheduled for April 17, 2026.

Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is recommended. To receive an invite to the pre-tender meeting, please contact the Project Manager, Andrew Pope by 12:00 pm on April 16, 2026. In the event that the pre-tender meeting is delayed by Owner, it will be rescheduled before the Tender Closing. Bidders will be given twenty-four (24) hours’ notice before the rescheduled meeting. Additional meetings may be scheduled at the discretion of the Owner, Andrew Pope, Project Manager.
