A site visit is required. Please see Section 1.4.2 of the contract document for details.

 

A mandatory site visit will be conducted to provide Proponents with an opportunity to familiarize
themselves with the existing Block Bin, surrounding structures, site access, and conditions that may affect
the Work. Date: October 15, 2026 | Time: 9:00:00 AM | Meeting Location: Grand Falls Generating
Station, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Attendance is mandatory, and Proponents who do not attend will not
be eligible to submit a Proposal. Proponents shall comply with all Hydro site access and safety
requirements and bring all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
