A site visit is required. Please see Section 1.4.2 of the contract document for details.

Site visits are not mandatory and will be arranged only upon request by a prospective proponent.
Requests for site visits shall be submitted through the bidding system in accordance with the
communication requirements of this RFP.
Where a site visit is approved, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide at least
twenty-four (24) hours' notice of the scheduled visit. However, the Company reserves the right, at
its sole discretion, to reschedule or cancel any site visit at any time, including without prior notice.
The Company shall not be liable for any costs incurred by proponents as a result of a cancelled
or rescheduled site visit.
To promote fairness and efficiency, the Company reserves the right to coordinate, combine, or
schedule multiple proponents to attend a site visit at the same time.
Proponents are solely responsible for obtaining all information necessary to prepare and submit
a proposal. Submission of a proposal shall constitute acknowledgement that the proponent has
satisfied itself as to the site conditions, access restrictions, scope of work, and all other conditions
that may affect performance of the Deliverables, whether or not the proponent attended a site
visit. The Company shall not be responsible for any misunderstanding, assumption, or lack of
information arising from a proponent's decision not to attend or inability to attend a site visit.
