Owner has created a three dimensional scan of the Heater and the area where the Heater is located. Proponents can be granted temporary access to this website where additional dimensional checks can be taken or the general arrangement of the assets can be obtained. Access shall not be granted after June 8, 2026 but access granted prior shall remain until the submission deadline. Please see Section 1.4.2 of the contract document for details.
